A cleaner library in one scan.
Twinsift finds the duplicates, crops, banners and edits of each photo in your image or digital asset library, picks the best original, and lets you clear the rest with confidence.
For DAM teams, brands and agencies managing tens of thousands of digital assets.
Duplicates cost more than storage.
Every duplicate asset is one more file to store, migrate, search through and get wrong.
Store, back up and migrate only the files you need, and cut the bill for the rest.
Teams find the original instead of scrolling past five versions of it.
When a licence or model release ends, track down the crops, banners and edits made from that photo.
One photo becomes six files.
Twinsift tells you what each file is. Your rules decide what happens to it, and nothing is deleted without your approval.

Accurate at enterprise scale.
Measured on a test library of 250,995 files, built from Unsplash photos with duplicates, renditions, crops, banners and edits. Your free scan runs the same check on your own files.
The keeper is measured, not guessed.
File names and dates lie. Twinsift reads the pixels and keeps the file with the most real detail.
- Real detail, not upscalesFiles enlarged from smaller ones are ranked down.
- Most real detailThe highest true resolution wins.
- Best quality formatLossless, higher bit depth and lighter compression come first. Sharpness breaks ties.
Priced for your library.
No two libraries are alike. A free scan shows what yours holds, and your quote follows from it.
How many images you have, and how fast new ones arrive.

Questions, answered.
Does Twinsift delete files on its own?
No. Twinsift proposes a cleanup plan based on your rules, and nothing changes until you approve it. Only duplicates and renditions are removed, never the file kept as the original. Removed files go to your trash: SharePoint keeps them for 93 days, Google Drive for 30, and on Amazon S3 bucket versioning keeps the earlier version.
How do you keep our data safe?
Every customer runs on a dedicated server, so your files are never mixed with anyone else's. Each image is deleted as soon as it has been analysed; only a small thumbnail and a fingerprint are kept. Your access keys are stored encrypted on that server, and disconnecting your library deletes them together with the thumbnails and fingerprints.
What access do you need?
Read-only access is enough for the scan. Delete permission is only needed if you go ahead with a cleanup.
Which systems do you support?
Amazon S3, Microsoft 365 (SharePoint) and Google Drive connect directly. For other systems, such as a DAM or a file server, we scan an export.
How long does a scan take?
Most libraries are scanned within a day.
How is it different from a duplicate file finder?
A duplicate file finder only matches identical files. Twinsift compares what is in the pixels, so it also finds resized renditions, crops, banners and colour-graded edits, and links each one to its original across your whole asset library.
How does it decide which file to keep?
It compares the files in each group by their actual image content: true resolution first, then format, bit depth, compression and sharpness. Files enlarged from a smaller version are ranked lower, even when their dimensions look larger.
What does the free scan include?
A summary of your library: how many duplicates, renditions, crops, banners and edits it holds, how much storage they use, and a quote. The scan is free and carries no obligation. The file-by-file report and the cleanup plan are part of a paid plan.
How is Twinsift priced?
An annual subscription based on the size of your library, plus a one-time fee for the first cleanup. The free scan gives the figures your quote is based on.
What happens to images added after the cleanup?
New uploads are checked daily, so new duplicates are caught before they build up. Later scans process only new or changed files.
